The Qvac involved the design, conceptualisation and realisation of an in-flight handheld vacuum to assist in cleaning accidental spills and mess during flight through use of it’s innovative telescopic head. The Qvac is Qantas branded and is designed specifically for use during flight without impeding on the customer. The design language of the vacuum references the Qantas brand ensuring the product is consistent with the other items on board. The project involved the complete design and conceptualisation of the vacuum including all internals being fit for production.
